"Still-Life No. 17" has been added!

The latest generic still-life by the man who brought you "Fuck My Face" and "The Gimp" has been added to my site, DevART, Sheezy, and Self Portrait.

Anyway, I've had a long day. Later.

Updates, New Photos, and Release Dates

Well, Geocities is being a real douchebag right now and won't allow me to do any slight adjustments to my website. There are a few things I need to finish to make my site look nice, but for whatever reason it just won't load up. Anyway, regardless, I did manage to add 10 new photos to the Photography Gallery from theSTART concert that you haven't seen in any of my art accounts. I also didn't cop-out and turn them to greyscale, they are quite the colorful bunch. Go check em' out and laugh at how bad of a photographer I am.

Okay, this month I will be releasing some new poems, paintings, and drawings that I am pretty proud of. I'm giving them release dates so I can stay on the ball and keep me on my toes. So without further adue, here are the dates:

February 6th : "Still Life No. 17" (Painting)
February 8th : "An Accident" (Original Drawing)
February 14th : "Vicodin Blues" (Poem)
February 21st : "Like The Asian Holocaust" (Original Drawing)

These are subject to change, but I will try to keep them as best as I can. "Like The Asian Holocaust" has a lot of commentary that I need to finish writing up. Because I have a test this week and another one the following week, and on top of that shitty homework, there is a good chance I might miss one. But if that were to happen, I'll let you all know. In the meantime, enjoy my new photos.

"Drained"

My new drawing, "Drained" has now been added to both my
DeviantART and my website! Check it out and leave some comments on what you cats think of it.

I had originally started that drawing back in late August and only recently did I finish it. Needless to say, there are a few other drawings from these sessions that also need to be finished up as well. Hopefully I will have them up soon.

Anyway, leave a comment and tell me what you think.

Come on, kiss already!

*yawn* Today has been some what of a tireing day. I have been doing a lot of writing and drawing as of late. You might see some new sections opening up soon at my website. I must admit, I haven't really been all there, (if you know what I mean) and I think it'll show with some of my new material. I've also got one drawing currently in the works that tackles a pretty serious issue and I think it's important that I bring some kind of awareness to it. Hopefully I will have everything ready in about 3 or so weeks.

Don't forget, tomarrow in the late afternoon I will finally be releasing my new drawing, "Drained". So, be sure to come back tomarrow to see it.

In the meantime check out this totally awesome photo of Davey and JStar.

Blue Monday

Boy, the new American Gladiator's show is great. I've started seeing them and it reminds me so much of the 90's one. It's like the same thing, only updated! The Gladiator's are still tacky, the same games are all still there, and the people playing still say the cheesiest things! It's so cool. If you haven't seen it, you should. It's an hour well spent for your Blue Monday.

Okay, now for some new artwork updates and news for you cool cats. This coming Wednesday, (January 30th) I will be releasing the new original drawing, "Drained", and on Thursday (February 7th) I will be releasing a new Still-Life painting. Most likely that week after I will be releasing another original drawing that is bound to turn some heads and raise some eyebrows. I'll let you all know when that happens.

I've also been hard at work on several more original drawings as well as a new poem that I have been brainstorming for a few days now. Again, some of these will take time and I will release further details as I get through them.

As of right now, there really isn't any plans for me to draw any portraits. Sorry about that, I know a lot of you really enjoy them. Maybe down the line I will try another, but as of right now I am really focused on finishing up some of my ideas.

Anyway, that's about it. There wasn't any new episode of Sarah Conor tonight, instead it was replaced by the State of the Union address by our ever so fearless leader. *rolls eyes* Lucky for us, this will be the last time he will be saying it. What does suck, is that John McCain might be doing the speech next year. -_-

I wish Hilary and Barak would stop fucking fighting with each other and just join forces god dammit. Oh, well; to quote Captain Jack Sparrow, "That's just politics." : /

New Portrait Added

Today I spent the entire day relentlessly drawing a new portrait of Heath Ledger as the Joker, and the result can be viewed here. It's also been posted up on The Many Shades of Jorge Gonzalez. The response and feedback seems to be pretty positive. I'll admit though, the scanner really took away a lot of detail from it. The physical drawing looks so much better. The values are well put together. I'm not bragging, it's the damn truth. I went all out on this portrait. It took me all day, like 10 hours non-stop. I dedicate it to Heath Ledger. It sucks that he died. It really bummed me out when I heard the news. This drawing is just a small tribute to him as The Joker, which will no doubt be the best rendition of the character.

I hope you all enjoy it, even if it's a little low quality.

Tomarrow my cousin Adam is going to get married. That is so weird. Boy, times have sure changed. I remember when we were little kids. We'd have all these adventures just like Rugrats. We'd play "Power Rangers" and all sorts of things. Not to mention video games. Oh, those were the days. In our teens we played Power Stone on the Dreamcast and watch Dragonball Z together. Those were the days. Now he's 23 and getting married, and expecting a new born child. Wowsers. To think, he can't even drive car! ..or maybe he does now, I am not sure. I wish he'd talk more to me these days, we seem so distant now. He's a totally different person now, it's weird. I can't even pin-point when exactly we started to drift apart. During get-together's he just gave a simple "Hi" and will occasionally laugh at my antics while playing Guitar Hero 3 or Rock Band. But that's about it. Even though he is expecting a son or daughter of his own, he has been taking care/raising his wife's daughter, Gwen. I feel happy for him. I mean, he seems happy even though he always goes off and hides during the get-togethers. As long as he is happy, I support him.
